The app
HydraTask for iOS is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The Standard EULA governs your use of the app; these terms add the points below and, where they conflict, the Standard EULA controls for app-related matters.
Purchases
- HydraTask is a paid app. The price shown on the App Store at the time of purchase applies.
- Optional seasons are one-time in-app purchases. Once bought, a season's contents stay yours; we do not remove or re-tier content that was part of a season you purchased.
- The All Seasons Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks every season while it is active. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. When it ends, seasons you purchased outright remain available; seasons you only had through the Pass lock again.
- All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your data
HydraTask stores your data on your device and does not transmit it to us. You are responsible for your own backups; the app provides an encrypted export for that purpose. We cannot recover data or backup passphrases. See the Privacy Policy.
Family features
Guardian and accountability features are tools for households and are not a substitute for supervision. The guardian PIN is chosen by you and stored only on the device; we cannot reset it. The optional grey mode relies on Shortcuts you create and on system accessibility settings; it is provided as-is and is not required for any other feature.
Not medical advice
HydraTask is a productivity tool designed with neurodivergent users in mind. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Content
Heroes, monsters, art, names, and text in HydraTask are original works or drawn from public-domain mythology and folklore, and are owned by Khejan. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell app content.
This website
This site is provided for information about HydraTask. Its content may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free.
Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HydraTask and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Khejan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes and on this page with a new date.
